We help producers, agribusinesses, and their partners navigate the chaos of change and future-proof their farms through hands-on coaching and training.
Several years ago I stumbled on a gap in the industry. I was working in ag extension, educating producers on soil health and regenerative ag, when I realized: Producers don't need more education, they need support!
Our industry does a decent job at innovation and knowledge sharing, but when it comes to new practice implementation on the farm, the producer is more or less on their own. Some try to fill the gap with advisory services, but in many cases, the last thing a producer needs is another person telling them what to do.
You don't need another advisor. You need a coach.
A coach partners with you in making a change to take your farm to the next level. You, the producer, are in the driver's seat the whole journey. It's your quest. The coach is just a guide. Producers who work with coaches make change more efficiently, with fewer set-backs, and a higher likelihood of long-term success.
For all its benefits, the coaching approach is untapped in the agri-food sector. I'm on a mission to change that. I believe unlocking farm-level expertise is the key to advancing our industry.

Cameron Ogilvie is the Founder and Principal at Curioso Coaching & Consulting Inc.—a change management consulting firm in the North American agri-food sector. Cam has a background in field crop agronomy and soil science. Before founding Curioso, he worked in ag extension (Soil Health Institute) and research communications (Soils at Guelph, University of Guelph). Cam is an active member of the Ontario Institute of Agrologists (AAg) and the Association of Change Management Professionals. He lives in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, with his wife Sonya and their three children.
